Terms & Conditions
1. The club
Breakfast Wine Club ("BWC", "we") operates a members-only wine appreciation club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Membership grants access to club events, content and member services described on this site.
2. Eligibility — 21+
Membership and event attendance are strictly limited to persons aged 21 or over. We collect your date of birth at signup and staff may verify identity and age at any event. Alcohol is served only at licensed venues in accordance with UAE law.
3. Membership & billing
Memberships are monthly subscriptions billed in AED, prices inclusive of 5% VAT, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Included event credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise. You can upgrade (effective immediately, fairly prorated), downgrade (effective at your next renewal), pause, or cancel online at any time from your membership page — no calls, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
4. Events, cancellations & no-shows
Seats are limited. Cancelling a booking at least 48 hours before an event returns your credit in full; later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit. Repeated no-shows on included seats may require prepayment for future bookings for a limited period. If we cancel an event, your credit is returned automatically and you may request transfer to another event or a refund of amounts paid for that event.
5. Waitlists
Freed seats are offered to the waitlist in order of joining. Offers are held for a limited window and then pass to the next member.
6. Certificates & materials
Masterclass certificates are issued on verified attendance and remain yours permanently. Course materials are licensed for personal use and remain accessible while your membership is active.
7. Conduct
We may decline or withdraw membership for behaviour that endangers guests, staff or venues, or breaches venue rules or applicable law. Please drink responsibly.
